Temperature range of bearing seals
The protection methods for enclosed bearings are divided into metal dust covers and rubber dust covers.
Metal dust cover: Temperature does not require special consideration.
Rubber dust cover: The commonly used sealed bearing seals are NBR and FKN.
The working range of NBR is -40 ℃ to -100 ℃, while operating at 120 ℃ for a short period of time.
The working range of FKM is -30 ℃ -200 ℃, while operating at 230 ℃ for a short period of time.
